I was very happy to see some of the melons are starting to sprout now

We have received over 2 inches of rain in the past 24 hours

The peppers and tomatoes are growing bigger. The 4 tomatoes I planted really early in February grew out since the tops of the plants froze. They would probably be over 4 foot tall by now if that wouldn’t have happened. The peppers have fruit that is maturing.

The 3 older blackberry bushes are very vigorous and are starting to flower and fruit. The smaller ones that were transplanted are all doing OK. Some better than others.
